If I use the regular cleaner, will it delete passwords I have saved for some websites?

You have the option to delete them or save them. The option toolbar is on the Left side of the cleaner :)

Ah, I see. That's good! I'll use the cleaner after I do some manual deleting of things...

One more question: what would those saved passwords be? Cookies? Or...

Defrag regularly and you could try downloading CCleaner.

Sometimes system restore takes up a lot of space...you can lower the settings in Control Panel > System
