Yeah thats true its the same with everything, any new technological advance has its flaws/downsides at one point or another but sooner or later people find great use in the product.
I just really don't get why every1 is so obsessed with getting a xbox360 or ps3 or wii. they are just games, and different game stations, so what aobut the ones that came before them? those are good, too.
I have a xbox 360 and 23 Games or so. I've tried the PS3 at a friend's of mine and frankly here is my take. I much prefer the xbox 360 for a few reasons. One being the graphics seem marginally better on some key games, as well as there is more games out currently and being a full year ahead of the ps3 there will likely always be more since MS has some pretty good contracts tied. The only benefit I could see was the larger harddrive of the PS3 but of course expect MS to launch a larger harddrive anytime soon. Sure there are some minor differences however both systems are somewhat comparable in capability but again the 360 is cheaper and personally I can see this being Sony's last attempt at the Console wars since it's going to be a losing battle long term.
Suprisingly, no. I thought the Ps3 would do well, but instead the 360/Wii are doing considerably better. I feel sorry for that guy who died for a PS3, but hey I'd rather have my life than a PS3.

No it's not. It's much too expensive and just not worth it. I recommend getting the Wii instead. Much more involvement and different playing style. I liked it a lot better.
You've probabaly heard by now but its got a few glitches/ Apparently it can't play super new Ps2 games or something or the other properly and as I've read a few posts, it fails against the Wii. -snort- Although the Wii rumors are terribly funny and moronic.
To be frank none of the game consoles are worth buying unless u appreciate them. For me i will w8 for a few months before all their prices drop and then i will consider which one to buy. And during the time of w8ing i can read reviews abt them and see which one worth more to buy.
this is such a stupid question, obiviously not, sony and microsoft r just gonna make something better in the future, theres always room for improvement so videogames will get better
people are nuts...they really really are lol...the ps3 isnt even that great...i went to best buy two days ago...they had 15 of em sittin there...then an hr later iw as at gamestop in the mall...12 were sittin there....no one wants em! if they drop 200 bucks, ill get one...but now...just dam..
If they removed the blu ray compatibility from the PS3 and the price dropped by around $400 because of that, I would buy one.
