A microsoft hash isn't going to be unsalted or a common crypto and if you could obtain the hash, you would be at a point where you don't even need their hash to read their emails..
how can you steal passwords? unless you can hack into person's PC. Do not trust those kind of software!

No, you don't get them to logon to your computer. Who are they? You download the program, and then follow these instructions It just lets you see the passwords that have been asterisked. Much like logging into your neopets account, if you had forgotten the password, you can use Snadboy to reveal what it was. I've used it a couple of times, but in no way does it steal your msn password.
