    This isn't new.
They only make you have to enter the birthday if you entered the password wrong when you tried logging in the first time.

they should ahve made it an option for those who wanted it, it is worthless as a security feature if the person using it doesn't know it's there.

The B-Day thing doesn't really do anything anyways, coz I logged onto my account and writ down the wrong password, the b day thing came up but I didn't take any notice of it and just re entered my password and I got in my account without anything saying any thing llike 'Please enter the correct date of birth'

I don't like it cause I entered a fake b-day as well on all of my side accounts so I have to guess them all which was a hassle. Lucky me I did it before TNT changed it to only 3 guess/day

    Re: hey

tell me about it. I had in total 15 accounts before my 'long break.' I had all the account names and pass in a file stored on my backup. They all got wasted because of this stupid birthday rule.

yea, if you get the pass wrong the bday thing pops up, but if u retype the pass and get it right the bday thing is just disregarded. Its pointless

THe birthday thing is pointless. If they're doing it to prevent account cracking, it serves no purpose, because any way you look at it, you only have 3 pw guesses per day, and it would take you an eternity to guess all combinations. Literally.

THe birthday thing has made it so that people who actually own the account can't get in.

Just a reminder to those of you who have accounts you don't know the birthday to...
Go to your edit profile page which has the birthday you entered and be sure to write it down somewhere in case this ever happens to you. I have 3 accounts that I'm locked out of due to not knowing the birthday. Although I'm lucky in that the accounts don't really have mcu hof anything on them.

It's good to stop people cracking into your account (if it's old) but I don't see what's wrong with it otherwise :?
