I really miss the old neopets, I started playing 5 years ago and it was the best thing i really had to do lol. All I say is theres still alot of room for improvement, to bad there going in the wronge direction. and what would the shows be about lol, buying items, painting pets, talking. Is there a point to this madness !!!
A neopets tv show would probably mean thousands of new people playing neopets. That would me more friends But, I think it will be hard to actually make a neopets show that people will like.
yes thier is...money. the more advertisement the more money...thats what neopets is all about...advertisements..and money.
My question is what would the show be about lol? Theres not much that they can make a show about? Theres the battles, theres money making thats about it, unless they turn around and make it a show about pet that have problem and people solve them, but even then what kind?

yes i totally agree. The adds and stuff is super irritating it spoils the whole layout of the website. in what way will ti be popular? i think that the whole idea is silly and it will make everything neopets lame and stupid......
Seems like all the shows now a days are like that. "As sad as that is" But will neopets really stoop that low for cheap money?
i hope it doesent make it...but they have so much money...ill bet adam has more money than neopoints!
Well If they could pull it off, I would give it a chance. Look how some of the other shows are. There the same concepts and are good for a younger audience.

I'll take that bet. Only because I know that he does not have more then eleven million dollars. In fact, I don't even think Adam has made it onto the Top 100 Millionaires List. Which is sad. Just sad. Moving on... The idea of a Neopets Television Show isn't a bad one. There are a lot of things they could do on the show. Such as, previous plotlines could come to life - sure those of us who particpated and were around for most of them know the ending but; that doesn't mean it wouldn't make for a semi-interesting television series. Look at how well Pokemon has done. Maybe, the television series will offer those who watch & play some kind of reward. Like a word of the day. Kind of like the Magazine, which offers puzzles - which in turn reward codestones. I'm sure there are several of you who play Neopets who would be content with receiving a codestone, faerie or other item for FREE because there's a word of the day or some code at the end of each episode; and /someone/ from this Forum just happens to watch and posts it for everyone's benefit. I see none of you whining about the Magazine. Or t-shirts. Or plushies. Or school supplies. Furthermore, with the introduction of the television shows comes the chance for them to create another Contest. Through which some players can submit ideas/videos/etc and perhaps have their work shown on National (or International, depending on how many households they are hoping to reach) television. You can't sit there and tell me you wouldn't love to have your work shown on television; even if it relates to a "kiddy" site like Neopets. Bottom line, I'm all for supporting the idea of the show. Besides, it'll give me something to watch while I'm immobilized in front of the tele during those dreadful hours when I have little or nothing better to do.
I don't like it because its going to instill what the writers think of neopets. its different for each of us and we should be able to use our imagination for this game.
I see your point, however, I'm pretty pleased with what the writers and programmers have come up with the plotlines and whatnot on the site itself. And if the television show mimicks those marvels, I'm sure it won't be as horrible as everyone seems to be dreading.
It just occured to me: What if they are using people's neovision videos for episodes? They are going to steal people's ideas and make money off of it!! THIEEEEEVES! Edited to add: I think it would be cool to make the altador cup a show..
