How could I forget! That's a definite pet peeve of mine. It used to be more severe, as in wrong grammar used to equate to noob for me. But a lot of my friends on and off do it so, I don't begrudge people for that anymore. xD
i hate when people maintain strict literacy on the internet. i mean, especially on neopets, lolol. there's no harvard professor staring over your shoulder, so maybe they should stop being so uptight and cut loose a little bit ;o i can't stand it when people don't type out their numbers, ahahh. like typing 'one' as opposed to the actual #. ohhh and it's so annoying when someone's walking really slow in front of you in the mall. and when you pass someone you semi-know but it's so awkward and you pretend you don't know each other D:
People who talk on thier cell phones in a public place that is particularly small. They know that everyone can hear what they are saying, but they refuse to get off of it.
I agree, (that does annoy me) but they put so much effort into talking like that. It's ridiculous. =|
I can't stand people who use too much shorthand. I can stand illiteracy, but if it's to the point where I can't read it (i.e. run-on sentences, no punctuation at all, etc.) then I'll ignore it and pass over it. I also hate people who constantly flame and mess with the newbies on Neo. They're annoying and need to stop. A lot of Battledomers are that way, it seems.
Not just BDers, unfortunately. ^^; And while we're on that--no offense to anyone who frequents the HC--but HCers aren't actually that helpful. A lot of them need to take a chill pill. Which reminds me: I dislike people who just can't let something trivial go.
People smacking their food. Or braking before turning on their blinker/turning on their blinker at the last second.
Stairs that are two wide to be taken one foot at a time, and therefore require a ridiculous looking two step to climb. also...overplucked eyebrows.
Hm, I have a few new ones I forgot. When people make plans and last-minute decide they can't go through with it. Poor grammar and when people use "u", "y", "w/", etc.
when people hit their pc screens when their pc freezes... what good will it achieve? hell all it does is DISPLAY things not calculate anything probably the thing that annoys me more than anything... i think the worst is when people that are from the UK or America can barely write in their own language... sure some people have dyslexia but it's no excuse to not try to improve it -.- lol
- People who chew with their mouths open - People with bad breath - People who walk really slowly and take up the whole walkway so you can't pass them >_< - Fake laughs, fake smiles.. Fake people - When people eat or handle food without washing their hands - People who use the toilet and don't wash their hands Rofl, yeah I could go on.. But I'll stop there.
It doesn't take alot to get on my nerves. Pet peeves - as most said religion, in particular those who try to force their religion onto others. That's probably the biggest one.
Human parasites. People who order me around. Fake people. Religion, when used in the wrong way. Racism. Dogs ( especially the smaller crazy ones that cant sit still ) Women who are stuck in a "no-equality between men and women" illusion. As if there is some war between men and women. Anywaay, just some examples.
I have so many but on in particular is getting called into work on your only day off cause your assistant manager has a headache
Biggest pet peeves *Not only ppl who chew with there mouth OPEN, but ppl that CHOMP on there gum with there mouth open!! You know what i mean? When it makes that smacking sound. EWW :nope: What are you a cow? *Ppl that SHOULDNT be driving. Some ppl shouldnt drive. Periode. Get off you cell. Quit txting. Quit stuffing your face. Quit painting your face. Stay in your lane. LEARN how to DRIVE!! Ughh! Just get the frig off the road!!! <-- Gotta be the biggest one :yup: lol
