You spoke to an idiot, then. I've transferred premium to several accounts after being frozen. The only this is that you have to make the new account premium (pay for one month) and then they'll be able to delay your rebill date to credit you for the amount of time you had left on your frozen account. Sorry, if that doesn't make sense, but it is very possible to get credit for premium, and you should, since you did pay for it.
if they froze you for cheating, and you were, then don't bother trying to get the account back. They will rarely unfreeze an account that was frozen for cheating, even when the person wasn't cheating. If you were legit, just be honest and polite and use proper spelling and stuff. I've gotten a few accounts back from the freezer, just have to be patient and persistent. If you can find a list of the current support staff emails, it helps to email them directly too
ok so whats the deal with premium why pay for something i can get for free ? i have seen the things you get and it's not much too me.
Well some things that I know about Premium is that: -Premium Chat Board -No Ads -SSW -Actual Live Support from TNT, like phone number or email -Extra Dailies -I think you also get to test out Beta versions of programs/games/functions in Neo I'm not sure what else is there. I think others might know. I think that those are all worth it for only a couple of bucks a month.
I believe there is a definite advantage to Premium, as far as freezing goes. The premium users are able to access a phone number to call with problems- this makes contacting about frozen accounts much easier. My premium account has not been frozen, but that is what I have heard from friends in the past.
Premium is really good if you collect avatars...the charter chat board on premium is full of people who lend out avatar pets. That's how I got most of mine.
i do love premium. but i dont think id use an autobuyer....i know that sounds dumb but i joined here cuz i like to chat with others but i do have premium invites left if anyone wants to pm, i can also help you with premium if you have any trouble ^^
I recently had this exact experience. My premium account was iced in 2005 (the only account I had ever played on, iced for being in the same GUILD as someone who scammed an expensive item off of someone). I was pretty distraught, but I didn't try very hard to get it back. I think I was more angry than anything. They stopped billing me for premium when I was iced, so I didn't have any problems with that. I started playing again a couple of weeks ago on a side account that wasn't frozen, and when I tried to sign up for premium again, I got an error message that stated that my credit card was attached to another premium account. So, even though the account had been inactive for over 2 years, they still had my info on file. I emailed them, and got the number to call, and when I did, was told (quite rudely) that they couldn't change it over, and that I would have to use a "different card" to sign up again. I signed up for the free trial to check out the SSW, but I don't think I'm going to give them my hard earned money after all they have put me through. :roll:
jeez thats horrible! and unneccesary and bad for buisness,.....not to mention just plain stupid, would it kill them to move the info around :evil: also it makes them seem lazy.
geesh I'm premium and that was enough to make me shut the ab I was trying and tuck it away think I value my account more however i get seriously tired of NEVER being able to get shop avi's like 'choc' because aber's get it all first
wats ssw? also i think the premium thing is a cheap gimick to get ure money. i wouldnt fall 4 it. i think ude still get froze anyway. i think the number of warnings ddepends on who u get that freezes u. example; if a nicer but stupid tntn member sees u abing they will warn u, if a not so nice & still stupid tnt member sees u abing they might act like a butt & say we got ure money im freezing u! :twisted: monthly payments was a good suggestion but it might only work if uve been paying that way 4 a long time so they know they have a loyal customer not some1 who will quit it easily. personally i wouldnt bother unless u plan to follow rules on that acct. be wary of transfering the np though. put an item in ure shop & buy it from ure self or watever to avoid the TP. i know u can only buy at 99,999 but its worth it. i never have that much np. at most 20k at a time which is reare since im 99% liget.
they can have my money, it just makes them greedy and incompitant XD i dont care, but i do agree about freezing may depend on whitch member has happened to cross your path and what mood he/she may be in, i also think that perhaps it may depend on how old your account may be and if they seem to give a s--- whether you leave or not, whitch apparently the dont care, or the wouldnt have messed with the site layout and made all our pets look like sociopaths that want to hit us, i mean come on, if something smiles that big and holds a fist? i might as well back away....
