    I like the new user one, thats new. We should also add different sub categories for programmers and GFX like Sr. Jr. etc.

    Some sites have subcategories like Sr. Programmer Jr. Programmer, and the same with GFX. Sr. is obviously better than Jr. and you would have to get promoted to Sr. after a certain period of time or so

    Codes are not all vb6 but most of them are. I really like your're awards but maybe put the visual studio logo aka the two intertined o's and it would be more general. And snowman we don't have a large amount of programers and almost all of them have great talent so I think your multiple levels is a so so idea for here
