no they will NOT. take a look at the neodaq.com stock charts here: http://www.neodaq.com/charts/thumbnail.php can you find any stock that ever did that? notice that the gradient goes up more sharply the higher the price is. and if you did try stocks before, you would know that stocks do not go below 6. so theres no way it could be at 1 in the first place. i did say probably.. i never bothered counting, i was just making a general statement on behaviour of stocks.
Deathcraze - you might want to stop being so rude :?. Particularly seeing as your opinion in purely based on what you have read on Neodaq wherewas others are making points based on their own actually experience. It IS possible for lower priced stocks to increase in value by more that 1 per update - I have seen it happen - it just doesn't happen all that often. I don't understand why you are displaying so much attitude on this board.. I haven't seen anyone else posting in an aggressive way. Congrats, you got some great stocks there. I'm going to invest in some larger stocks. It seems like I can make the most money doing that. POWR seems like the best for making large sums of money, am I right?
If you want to make good profits, stick to buying stocks that are under 20NP per stock. That's what I did with mine, which is why my percentage increase is so high with the 3 I metioned. The problem with the higher priced stocks is that they have further to fall if they take a hit. At the end of the day, I guess it's down to personal preference though

I can't remember exactly, but I only started buying stocks again just over a week ago so I've not had them long. I bought them all at between 15 and 17NP a share
Wooo i made about 20k over night on HELT.. I prefer day trading more than waiting months for a cash return.. i think you could make more money this way aswell.. But then again you could make more restocking.. i only do it for something semi-exciting to see when i login
I now know the next program I will make during my maker of the proxy checker platmum and Jocker USAB. A stock market program.
I haven't really thought about it yet. Probley it would show all the stock worth betteeween an amount you specify and you put the the symbol and what to buy
You might be able to make it cool, but this idea sounds sort of pointless. It's really easy to just check the stocks list yourself and buy what you want.
Gratz on the big sell deathcraze I've played stocks almost as long as I've played neo and it's my biggest source of income during term time, as I cant use Abers on my uni's network, the firewall blocks them and I cant turn it off, annoyingly. I've never bought anything for more than 15 and never sell for under 55 and seem to do pretty well
thanks yeah, thats pretty much the same strategy that i follow. i only started stocks 6 months ago.. wish id discovered it earlier.. would have earned so much more. :shock:
The only time I've ever really lost out is when BOOM went bankrupt, I had 6k of shares in it at the time. I wish we could buy more than 1k of shares a day though.
:lol: I still have my 8 lots of BOOM and 5 lots of NEGG for...well, nostalgic reasons I guess. I think we should be able to buy 2k a day, but oh well...

No, they'll never come out of bankruptcy. I don't think tnt has forgotten to make a stock bankrupt, they're just waiting for the right time, lol.
Wow, great job... I just invested with the hope of doing this same thing as well. I'm usually a day trader (as much as you can be on NP) but I decided to invest long term this time.
