coke is a better mixer, like with rum and some other liquor because its thicker and just mixes better. but pepsi is so much better with food or even by itself. neither one is good diet...

    Unless you get diet..... :D

Anyways, for mixers, I rather use other things.

    Plausible?

I think it's possible, but not plausible.

Well, that's just my unscientific noobish opinion ^.^

    plau·si·ble (plô'zə-bəl) pronunciation
    adj.

    1. Seemingly or apparently valid, likely, or acceptable; credible: a plausible excuse.

Thats what i mean by plausible.... It may be true, it is possible.

I used to only drink coke. But then i went on a diet (lol) and found that diet coke is absolutely disgusting, but diet pepsi isn't that bad at all. (Though i prefer diet Cherry Pepsi over regular).

So pretty much i won't drink coke anymore, unless i am at a resturant and that is the only option.

well, if we're on the topic about consumption, i'd have to say that i'm trying my best to restrict my access and consumption of these soft drinks, cause obviously, they're bad for my health

    can't. resist. sometimes. though. l. o. l.

On the note of diet health wise...

I used to drink sodas regularly , well more like obsessivly >< Maybe 3 cans a day or so.

But due to the risk of diabeties in my family not to mention the uhh...weight gain i decided to atleast switch to diet.

But from diet i now usually just drink bottle water with one of those togo packets of crystal light if i need flavoring. Let me tell you it made such a huge difference its amazing.

Yea that too. Junk in == junk out they say hehe.

In all honesty it wasn't that hard to "diet" if you will. But it really shouldn't be a diet, it should be a change in eating habits. Because diet means i will do this for now, but once i have lost weight i can go back to eating poorly.

Anyone that says they can't do it, just needs to give it a shot. Only took me a couple weeks to get used to it. And i feel SO much healthier

Yes, its what you eat, but if you eat too much, you still will gain weight. For healthy living, you need to eat good portioned meals, which you cannot eat a lot of. For example: you need to eat a lot of proteins and carbs for energy. Eat too much and you'll still gain weight.

You can lose weight without exercising also.

Coke hands down >_<; Just everything i like about it- right down to their advertisements. I find pepsi`s methods of sale just as distasteful as their product.
