The best PC or Laptop have to depend on personal favourite. For me I normally DIY computer for people(for that's my job). in terms of brands for processor i would say the new AMD Athlon XP dual is better than pentium processor D core duo. But the new sempron dual is not as good as centrino duo. thats my personal opinion. In terms of graphic cards i would love to say that ATi and Nvidia are the best out there. But Ati edged out Nvidia.
When I buy Apple the extra cash is spent on having a usable operating system (and the newer intel macs are actually very competitively priced)

I think you got that one backwards there... well actually completely wrong, Nvidia crushed/crushes ATI, Nvidia is the only company with a card capable of supporting DirectX 10 for the new Windows Vista
Just buy a console for games, and a pc for things like internet, your pc should be able to run WoW, if it does most mmorpgs run on your pc, and you cant play those on a console.

That's pretty neat! My cousin is doing a press release for a laptop shaped like a purse. Some have like leapoard skin covering, leather coverings and they look just like purses!
Alienwares are just simply ripoffs. They look cool but other than that you can build one with better specs for less -.-. Most computers that come built are like that so it's just smarter to build your own.You could make a pr0 comp for less than 700 if you know where to look for stuff.
