Yeah. But it's also a lot better than AIM in many aspects. When you chat, you seem more.. into the conversation with the other person.

    Instant messengers?

    One word..

    Yuck..

I really do hate them. They're just so.. irritating. I'd rather speak to someone properly or, if I don't actually 'know' them, I'd rather not speak to them at all. I prefer this kind of method (posting on threads) as you can say something without actually having to get into the whole: "Hi, how are you?" "I'm fine thanks. You?" "Yeah, fine. What are you doing?". ARGH!

I do have an MSN account, but I never sign in :p

lol You don't always need to go through that routine. With my friends, I just say whatever I want. I could just start with 'What's todays homework?' ...or something, and it would be fine. But when I'm talking to people that I'm not very close to, I just say Hi, once and then start talking about whatever I want.

Use them all and then sign in via meebo, its quite organized and has more soothing sounds than aim.

It's tough for me, I love MSN and I have all my local friends on there, AIM is more for people I meet through games or websites and such. I picked MSN simply because I use it the most frequent.

Is the MSN everyone talking about, free? Or do you have to be like, signed up through their services or whatever to get it? I mean I've never tried it but I've only really heard good things about it...

Hmm, but then again, I don't know too many people on MSN so that might be a little pointless for me, everyone I know is on AIM.

    Oh well, just wondering.

I find AIm to be a lot easier than any other Instant messenger,
