...... i speak spanish, english, and i learning elvish (of course you can't talk like we are doing now, but, i can write poems and stuff!!
Re: ...... Elvish.. as in 'Elf language' ? I heard there were courses open which teach the elf language from LOTR. I think it's really interesting, but I doubt there will be any of those courses here where I live. But if there were, I'd definitely sign up!
Re: ...... I think it is just... interesting. Are there people who actually converse to each other saying it? I think languages from movies are a little different, but often cool, admittedly!
.... like i just said, i don't think people can't talk elvish like we are talking right now in english... cuz tolkien couldn't make a WHOLE new language... is impossible!! :? and if you really want to learn elvish, you could learn online!! http://www.hobbitslive.com/learnelvish.html that's one, or maybe you can search in google "learn elvish" or something like that!!
languages i speak As you know (what Im using now) ENGLISH, then there is also JAPANESE which I got from watching too much animes 24/7 and TAGALOG, which is because I live in the Philippines and a lil' slice of FRENCH, which I got from a few books i used to read
Re: ...... lol, no offence. but despite me agreeing......i would still feel like an uber nerd speaking to ANYONE in elf language lol
but what about when you go to a LOTR convention and everybody is speaking their favourite language you will be left out lol
Re: .. I really don't think so. Where I am from, we have Korean language class. And, historically, the Korean and Chinese languages are kinda .. 'intertwined', so the higher level students have to learn Chinese after they master most Korean. With that, I think that Chinese must be a harder language.. Korean being pretty easy and all till you get to sentence structure. Japanese should be easy, my friend learned a lot in a short amount of time.
