Youre right. Charlotte is a total asshole. I'm sorry to say my account got iced for that reason and I never had it returned Your case may be different though.
It seems TNT has been getting pretty strict recently. I have a friend who got an account iced, and also I got iced using a greasemonkey autobuyer, which I hadn't been expecting.
My best experience was with Charlotte. She uniced one of my accounts that i self froze are ABing 4 MPs in 45 minutes, and she also told me the passwords and birthdates of 2 accounts that i hadn't accessed for years. But i guess everything is done on a case by case basis
Megs, I am envious. My first ever Neo account I forgot the pass to because I didn't capitalize one word in it, then I remember specifically changing my pass and thinking "I'll never forget this." I forgot. I just know it had something to do with my address. (And I've tried all the combos I can think of.) When I filled out the form, someone (don't remember who) said the account had been inactive for too long...and I know the birthday, etc., since I used my real one.
One week and no reply yet. It never took this long before. I am starting to wonder if they're ignoring me email -_-" Which isn't really a surprise anymore.
Dude that sucks so badly. I lost my first main, like a year ago; they froze my account for no reason...sigh
