    I've never done the whole lab thing. Is it worth it, really? The map pieces are expensive.

    It depends on what you want the Lab for. If you're looking for specific Species-Color combinations I would say no, it's not worth it. If you're looking long-term goals (like high stats) then I was say yes, it is.
    Right now is a poor time to purchase a Lab. The prices are over-inflated, especially piece numbers eight and nine. -shakes head- It would be better to wait. They are bound to go down eventually.
