Would this make YOU want to play my game?

Things are shaping up nicely for our online MMORPG. We've got the attributes and skills almost finalized. But i've been hard at work at getting some pixels done. Check these out - doesn't it make you want to play?

 

Keeps me interested, but I'd have to see a demo of the game before I judge if I want to play it or not. Sounds like it's coming along though so good luck moving farther

I'm a pixel artist you know. I love this kind of stuff. If you need any additional help, let me know. I'm good with larger images and backgrounds. ^_^ I'll post an example in the graphics showcase.

i dont mean it like that. im just giving my opinion that is wat u asked 4. i wasnt being mean about it. the topic says if this would make YOU play the game & personally no it doesnt look like it would hold my intrest but thats just me. dont take it so hard.

It's called give CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. Try to have a little more tact. And even so, it's not flat looking at all.


I personally think it's adorable. I love the sprites. Wish you had one with pink hair. =^_^=

Can you add shadows? To the sprites? Like, underneath them?

You have any kind of schedule you're working to? Was just wondering if you have a rough idea of when you hope to be ready to let us all join

 

Might be a bit. Keith's got a hectic schedule. But, i'm thinking beta will be fall 2007.

 

i only have 1 point to make & after that in done discussing this. if u ask 4 some1s opinion they should give u an honest answer no matter wat it is. u cant expect ppl to tell u only wat u wanna hear cuz then wats the point of asking?

when i give an opinion no matter if its something i like or disslike i say wat i think of it so the person knows the reasons y i like/disslike watever it is their asking about. that was all i did so dont freak so much. i never freak when i ask ppl wat they think of something i did. im open to watever they have to say. in some cases they point out a flaw & i can improve upon it to make it better. from my point of view all opions are good includeing bad ones as log as u dont scream & yell at the person which i wasnt.
